Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, spatial web)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (Web4.0, sentient interfaces, biometric authentication)
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural networks
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with market disruption opportunities
- Establish innovation KPIs for emerging tech adoption (quantum supremacy, synthetic biology integration)
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio for breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic briefings to industry regulators and venture capitalists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Track record of scaling tech teams from concept to commercialization
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/ACM journals or equivalent
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for nascent technologies (FDA, FCC, SEC)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough innovations implemented at scale
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
