Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends and market disruptions to inform 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech integration
- Develop scenario models for emerging regulatory frameworks and geopolitical impacts on tech innovation
- Partner with product teams to incubate moonshot projects with 3-5 year development horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders using data-driven storytelling
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term innovation portfolio success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation with proven 5-year horizon experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, or space tech)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or relevant field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
