- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement pilot projects for next-gen solutions
- Identify and mitigate technological risks through scenario planning and stress testing
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments affecting innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and strategic planning skills
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
