Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, identifying high-impact trends.
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology strategy with business objectives.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with adopting disruptive technologies.
- Build and mentor a team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
