Qualifications

- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurism

- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic chips, and carbon capture tech
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Chair of IEEE Future Tech Standards Committee preferred
