Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic adoption
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with 3-year implementation roadmaps
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem of startups, research institutions, and industry partners
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology ROI and competitive advantage
- Mentor a team of technology analysts and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology with focus on future studies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning skills with proficiency in future modeling tools
- Executive presence with demonstrated success influencing C-suite decisions
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends
