Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech implementation

- Strong background in strategic planning and scenario modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
