Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging fields including quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biocompatible interfaces
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype next-generation solutions with real-world impact
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and market disruptions to inform strategic priorities
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies for collaborative innovation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR ecosystems, or decentralized AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
