Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy roadmap for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive innovations through agile methodologies
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation
- Create predictive models for market disruption and competitive technology positioning
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry partnerships and academic collaborations
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
