Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with industry partners
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation grants and strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 firms
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and investor boards
- Drive patent development in emerging fields (target: 15+ filings annually)
- Mentor junior talent through our Future Leaders accelerator program
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical impacts on innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic tech roles
- Proven track record scaling enterprise-level AI/quantum solutions (include portfolio)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE) or equivalent industry impact
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($1M+)
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, neuromorphic computing, and biotech convergence
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
