Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends

- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology vision and recommendations to the board of directors and executive stakeholders
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies through change management frameworks
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments impacting our 2026 strategy
- Manage the Future Technology Innovation Lab budget and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite leadership role
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused technology initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems, or neurotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience scaling technology teams and fostering innovation cultures
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
