Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) aligned with 2026 industry trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Analyze global tech landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite executives and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis
- Mentor high-potential talent in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex futurescapes
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MSc Eng, PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or future studies
- Experience leading global teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP)
