- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate strategic tech initiatives into corporate vision
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech analysis and trend forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or biotech
- Strategic planning experience with 5-year+ roadmap development
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
