Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead discovery and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Oversee innovation labs and pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and strategic impact
- Build and maintain relationships with leading tech startups and research institutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams on technology foresight and strategic alignment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
