Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains including AI ethics, quantum-resistant cryptography, and climate-positive tech

- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure impact against business objectives
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Develop intellectual property strategies for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within high-growth tech sectors
- Proven track record in launching at least two disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation portfolio management
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
