- Oversee cross-functional innovation sprints and prototyping initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies and future trend forecasting
- Proven track record of translating vision into actionable roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
