Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for commercial viability
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate industry shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI targets
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning, with 5+ years in emerging tech evaluation
- Proven track record of launching successful innovation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation management
- Fluency in data analysis tools (Python, Tableau) and strategic frameworks
