Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year market potential
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning quantum computing, AI, and sustainable tech with business objectives
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate planning
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research in emerging technology verticals
- Manage cross-functional teams executing pilot projects for breakthrough technologies
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML ethics, sustainable tech, or Web3
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board-level decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
