Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology foresight strategies for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies (quantum, biotech, neural interfaces)
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into current roadmaps
- Establish industry-first ethical frameworks for emerging tech deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Represent InnovateCorp at global tech foresight summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three future tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight
- Experience with regulatory impact assessment for frontier tech
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
