Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging domains (quantum, neuromorphic computing, Web4)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and automation integration
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/Web3)

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
