- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 3-5 concurrent projects
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Mentor a team of 12 engineers and researchers in next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from prototype to production
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in sustainable tech frameworks (e.g., TCFD, SBTi)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience with ISO 26000 and ESG compliance in tech deployments
- Certification in quantum computing (e.g., IBM Q Network) or equivalent
