Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- 5+ years in technology strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum applications
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, ESA)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ revenue
