Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology planning for 2026+ initiatives, identifying disruptive trends and opportunities
- Develop and execute comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with business growth objectives
- Spearhead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch cutting-edge solutions
- Analyze market disruptions and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI of future-focused projects
- Mentor junior talent in emerging technologies and strategic thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing future-facing tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or biotech
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills across C-suite and technical teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
