Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 3-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Lead strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present technology foresight insights to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and talent development programs
- Analyze geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technology adoption and strategy
- Manage technology incubation portfolio from ideation to pilot launch
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of anticipating tech trends and translating them to business value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Experience building innovation ecosystems within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic foresight preferred
