- Present breakthrough strategies to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor PhD researchers in emerging fields (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Secure government grants and venture capital for moonshot projects
- Author white papers published in Nature and IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 12+ years of experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to market
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum AI, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Experience securing $5M+ in federal or corporate innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global collaboration
- Portfolio of 3+ technologies currently deployed at Fortune 500 companies
