- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology ROI and adoption impact
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and external innovation partners
- Build and mentor a team of future technology specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in AI/ML, IoT, and exponential technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
