Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends and organizational vision
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and carbon-neutral tech infrastructure
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and ROI on futuristic technology investments
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum projects from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or biotech integration
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed technology journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture capital for experimental tech
