Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley Innovation Lab
- Analyze patent landscapes and market data to identify billion-dollar opportunities
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and global tech accelerators
- Author thought leadership pieces featured in Wired, MIT Tech Review, and industry whitepapers
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M ARR
- Expertise in exponential technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Active patent portfolio with 10+ granted innovations
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance for government-contracted projects (DOD/NSA level)
