Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with societal megatrends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough solutions in quantum AI and neural interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Drive innovation through our proprietary 'Future Labs' incubator program
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and their implications for our global operations
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our 'Future Leaders' program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging tech or innovation theory
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products with $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI safety, or bio-digital convergence
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience securing government grants and international partnerships for large-scale R&D initiatives
