- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members on technology implications
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for collaborative research
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms and their societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on enterprise transformation
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, AI ethics, Web3, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation management preferred
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and managing innovation budgets over $5M
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
