- Present strategic visions to C-suite and investors securing $50M+ budgets
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in future-focused roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE Nature on quantum/AI convergence (2020-2024)
- Proven track record scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Certification in Systems Thinking (MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for AI/quantum deployment
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented innovations
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
