Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of commercializing future-tech innovations
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic AI
- Certified in Ethical AI Governance (CEAG)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies with societal impact
