Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable infrastructure
- Analyze emerging tech trends (metaverse, neuromorphic computing, etc.) to identify competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing next-generation solutions
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology readiness and ROI for future initiatives
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism preferred
