Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop 3-5 year strategic implementation plans
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and market readiness
- Partner with product teams to integrate next-gen capabilities into roadmaps
- Present strategic vision to investors, clients, and industry thought leaders
- Build and mentor a specialized innovation lab focused on 2026+ technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record launching future-oriented products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Executive-level experience developing long-term technology roadmaps
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
