Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prioritize emerging technology investments and pilot programs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Drive cross-functional innovation workshops to cultivate future-thinking culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3 ecosystems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing technology investment decisions
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Strategic Studies
