Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive R&D initiatives for next-generation consumer and enterprise solutions
- Mentor technical teams in future-proof methodologies and ethical tech implementation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or advanced robotics systems
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
