Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology strategies aligned with 2026 industry forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze market disruption patterns and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure ROI against future-readiness metrics
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in anticipating tech trends and translating them into business value
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and future-mapping methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Excellent presentation skills for communicating visionary concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field required
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
