Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030, aligning with market forecasts and emerging paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in AI ethics, quantum applications, and circular economy tech
- Conduct competitive analysis and trend forecasting to identify disruptive opportunities in Web4, decentralized systems, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate futuristic capabilities into existing platforms
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership on future tech implications
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for emerging technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven expertise in at least two of: AI/ML architecture, quantum computing, or sustainable technology systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in future-forward technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Experience scaling technology teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies across 15+ jurisdictions
- Certifications in emerging tech domains (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) highly valued
