- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D investments, and talent acquisition
- Ensure ethical implementation of technologies aligned with ESG principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startup experience
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year digital transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Certified in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMI-SP)
