Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry leaders, research institutions, and startups
- Develop comprehensive innovation frameworks to assess technology viability and ROI
- Drive organizational adoption of futuristic technologies through change management programs
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory landscapes to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing technology investment decisions
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional global teams
