- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive ethics-by-design principles in all future technology deployments
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, generative AI, etc.)
- Certification in futures thinking or technology forecasting preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
