Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) and assess commercial viability for 2026 market adoption
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify strategic partnerships for technology advancement
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Mentor junior technologists and foster a culture of innovation
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on compliance implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience scaling teams and managing innovation budgets over $10M
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology or business publications
