Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of 5-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 industry disruption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) for strategic integration opportunities
- Drive innovation initiatives through R&D partnerships with leading universities and tech hubs
- Present technology strategies and investment proposals to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs and metrics for measuring innovation impact and ROI on future technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development of prototyping and MVPs for futuristic solutions
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing emerging tech solutions at enterprise scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or venture capital for tech initiatives
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin, etc.)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., from DaVinci Institute or similar)
