Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and societal trends
- Analyze emerging tech disruptors (quantum, AI, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Produce future scenario reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Champion ethical technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/blockchain experience preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CEM) a plus
