Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's technology strategy for 2026+ horizon, focusing on AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (Web3, neuromorphic computing, biotech interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in exponential tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board with data-backed impact projections
- Build and manage a future-tech incubator team of 5-7 specialists
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline velocity
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with 5+ years in exponential tech domains
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and sustainable tech standards
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute for the Future) or equivalent
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
