Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, neurotech, AGI) and assess commercial viability
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Present technology investment recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech convergence, or AGI systems
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven ventures or products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Policy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields preferred
