Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with global sustainability goals
- Manage R&D budgets and pilot programs for next-gen prototypes
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Coordinate with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other innovation hubs
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and technical architects
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary 2026+ technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching scalable innovation programs
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep familiarity with ISO 26000 and UN SDG frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published research in tech ethics or innovation management
- Experience with scenario planning and Delphi methodology
