- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions

- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify competitive advantages and disruptor opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech into core business strategy
- Present strategic visions to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders
- Establish innovation KPIs and track technology adoption maturity
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/metaverse)
- Proven track record of scaling technology from concept to market leadership
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Strong background in ethical tech development and responsible innovation
- MS/MBA in Technology Management or related field required
