- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems) with disruptive potential
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into product development frameworks
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological paradigm shifts
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation incubation programs for experimental technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions and technology adoption curves
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Assessment preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and innovation frameworks
