Responsibilities
- Develop long-term technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product innovations
- Conduct competitive analysis of next-gen technology ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage technology forecasting models and scenario planning
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience with emerging tech trend analysis and forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
